Dental Hygiene Scholarship $800

 

Application deadline is midnight May 25th of the application year.

Criteria


  • 1. Financial need
  • 2. United States Citizen or have permanent resident           status
  • 3. Current dental hygiene student in good academic           standing
  • 4. Evidence of Community Service
  • 5. Must have letter of support from a NDA or NDHA             member

Include with Application


  • 1. Letter of request for consideration
  • 2. SAR or GAP Financial aid report
  • 3. Letters of Recommendation
         One must be from the Program Director
         One must be from a NDA or NDAA member)
  • 4. Reapplication in subsequent years if eligible
